Vital Wheat Gluten is a product with the protein content exceeding 80%, widely used in variety flour food industry to increase the tendon of the products and the quality of curing, steaming and cooking, and to extend the guarantee. And it is also used in meat industry to increase the products elasticity, toughness, preserving water and absorbing fat and to improve the taste and nutritive value. Moreover, it can be used both as fodders for cats, dogs and pets and as sticky dose and fine nutritive additive of aquatic fodders for sea eels, soft shelled turtles and crabs. It can not only improve fodders nutritive value but also owns nature viscosity and elasticity and suspension after being wet, improving the utilization of fodder and protecting environment.
